BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Sean has over 20 years of commercial construction experience building ground-up offices, apartments and hospitality projects; renovating hotels and office buildings; completing seismic upgrades; restoring exterior building facades; and constructing labs and data centers. His love for construction evolved from his technical engineering background. He studied Civil Engineering at UC Davis and dove head first into the industry after graduation.  Sean spent 14 years at Howard S. Wright (currently Balfour Beatty) before joining Skyline Construction, and then eventually founded Skyline Capital Builders.

MANAGEMENT STYLE

Sean models his management style after his career mentors, “I prefer to lead by example, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves to work alongside my team. I want to be approachable and solution oriented, allowing my team to learn from my experiences.”

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

Sean spends most of his free time with his three teenagers, who are active in baseball, softball, bowling, fishing and hunting. He also enjoys trips to the wine country, and working on his tennis and golf games.
