SANTA CLARA, CA

235,000 sq. ft. renovation including open office engineering cubicles, along with breakout conference rooms and huddle rooms were constructed to support the labs. The break area was updated to accommodate a larger building population. A new 5,000 amp electrical service was brought into the building and distributed thorough out the labs. An equipment yard with LN2, three 60 ton chillers, de-ionized water skid and ancillary pumps and transformers was installed to provide support for the tools within the Automation and SLT Lab.
