To make this building more attractive to Silicon Valley prospective tenants, the owner chose to perform major interior and exterior building modifications.
The project included a new skin façade for the entire building, extensive hardscape, landscaping, glazing at all new entrances and an outdoor patio area equipped with a built-in BBQ. Interior amenities included a new break room and kitchen, open and private office space, as well as, a new reception area.
