JACK LONDON SQUARE BUILDING F1

55 HARRISON STREET
OAKLAND, CA

This ground-up building redevelopment is a structural steel mixed use/office/retail building.

The 200,000 sq. ft., 6-story structure involved foundation systems that consist of piling, pile cap, grade beams, and a structural concrete slab. The exterior skin systems included glazing, CCAP (light-weight precast), and brick. The scope also included construction of a plaza with site concrete, palm tree grove, and green space with seating.

This project was completed in 20 months and was designed by RMW Architecture.

This project was completed by our project team while working for another contractor.
