Longtime home to the Takahashi Trading Corp., the brick building at 200 Rhode Island St. rises behind 16th Street at the foot of Potrero Hill.
The project includes seismic upgrades to an existing five-story unreinforced masonry building with a basement, a three-story steel building with a brick façade, and a two-story concrete tilt building to create a 90,000+ sq. ft. PDR/office building in the design district of San Francisco.
At the completion of the seismic work the interior scope will include with installation of new elevators, restroom, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. The building will also include a roof deck and exclusive outdoor amenity space.
