Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Bob is the clients’ primary point of contact. He is responsible for the success of construction projects, including mentoring staff, forging client relationships and executing work. Bob runs many aspects of the project, including contract negotiations, scheduling, procurement, financial projections and safety adherence. His other responsibilities include: preparing bids, RFP responses and budgets; developing site logistics plans; overseeing cost and change management; and leading weekly project meetings with the client and subcontractors.

Bob has over 10 years of experience building complex technical projects throughout the Bay Area. Bob formerly worked for GCI General Contractors and Balfour Beatty Construction before joining the team at Skyline Capital Builders. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.  He is OSHA 30 certified and a LEED AP.

Bob’s weekends are busy with his wife, chasing after three young daughters, and he usually has a home-improvement project in progress. He also enjoys fishing, reading and cooking. Bob is a big Boston Red Sox fan, and he looks forward to visiting his family back in New England.
